Hands Off Our Vote Week 8: OBSERVE THE VOTE COUNT: VOLUNTEER AT CENTRAL SCAN

Week 8: October 15 OBSERVE THE VOTE COUNT: VOLUNTEER AT CENTRAL SCAN Learn about observing the vote count here in Chester County and how you can volunteer for this important work in November. VENUE CHANGE DUE TO WEATHER West Goshen Township Building - Meeting Room B 1025 Paoli Pike , West Chester A core principle behind all Indivisible Chester County events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values and to act lawfully at these events. Weapons of any kind, including those legally permitted, should not be brought to events. Join us for a 10-week series focused on preparing for challenges that could affect voting and vote counting in November. Each week we’ll walk through different scenarios, share practical ways to respond, and build the community knowledge and preparation needed to make sure every vote is counted as well as support candidates on the ballot. Whether it’s targeting mail-in voting, interfering with registration programs, blocking vote-counting, it’s going to be no-holds-barred from them this year as they try desperately to block the free and fair elections. But we’re going to cut through the noise, and we’re going to be ready for whatever they try.
