No Kings: Vote Early Annapolis Rd, Bowie, MD

Voting is YOUR Superpower! Be the hero this country needs! Join us from 4-6pm on 10/17 in front of the Bowie Library for a super-powered Get Out The Vote rally! Bring your pro-democracy signs, your flags, your grandma, your superhero costumes, and your joy as we loudly proclaim that America belongs to US.  We will be joined by representatives from Ranked Choice Voting and will be collecting non-perishable foods, hygiene, and menstrual products for Feed the Kids and the Bowie Food Pantry. We will also have a Super Heroes Vote photo booth, information on where and how to vote early, and awesome swag!  **We decide who represents us. We decide what comes next. No thrones, no crowns, NO KINGS!!!!** *No Kings: Vote Early events are nonpartisan and are designed to increase participation from all eligible voters. *A core principle behind all No Kings events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values and to act lawfully at these events. Weapons of any kind, including those legally permitted, should not be brought to events.*
