About
This No Kings on October 17th, we will mobilize to spread the word on how, where, when, and why to VOTE EARLY and exercise our power at the ballot box for the Midterm Elections! Location is in front of the Wells Public Safety Building at the location of our group's regular weekly recurring rally event, and will be from 1-3 PM. Bring signs focused on the need to exercise our power to vote! No candidate or partisan signs please. Hosted by Indivisible Team Southern Maine. *No Kings: Vote Early events are nonpartisan and are designed to increase participation from all eligible voters.* *A core principle behind all No Kings events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values and to act lawfully at these events. Weapons of any kind, including those legally permitted, should not be brought to events.*
