About
We decide who represents us. We decide what comes next. Join us on the Newton Green from 10:00 AM–12:00 PM on October 17 for No Kings: Vote Early, a community gathering focused on something fundamental to our democracy: making sure every eligible voter has the information and opportunity to make their voice heard. This is about turning civic engagement into participation. We’ll come together as neighbors to talk about voting, make a plan to vote early, verify voter registration, and help people understand their voting options. Democracy works when people participate. No politician, billionaire, political party, or powerful interest gets to make our choices for us. We, the voters, decide who represents us and what comes next. So bring a friend. Bring a neighbor. Bring your voice. Newton Green October 17 10:00 AM–12:00 PM No thrones. No crowns. No kings. Just people making their voices heard. No Kings: Vote Early is nonpartisan and focused on increasing participation among all eligible voters. All participants are expected to engage peacefully, lawfully, and nonviolently and to de-escalate potential confrontations. Weapons of any kind should not be brought to the event. No Kings: Vote Early events are nonpartisan and are designed to increase participation from all eligible voters. A core principle behind all No Kings events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values and to act lawfully at these events. Weapons of any kind, including those legally permitted, should not be brought to events.
