No Kings Day is Oct 17th, 2026! This time we are going out in the communities to spread the word about the importance of VOTING EARLY! No Kings: Vote Early is about making sure every eligible voter has a plan to vote early, knows their options, and is ready to make their voice count. This bridge will host TWO shifts: We need folks on the bridge from 7AM-9AM, and 5PM-7PM to reach as many voters on the highway as possible. Wear your patriotic gear! We will provide the main large sign. ***Please follow all safety instructions provided by the bridge host. *This is the Davis Drive bridge on I30 in Arlington. We do not want to add to any traffic concerns in the rain. -Bridge Hosts will make a judgment call if inclement weather moves in while on the bridge. If lightning is within 6 miles of the bridge, hosts will ask all volunteers to leave immediately. Hosts will use their best judgement regarding wind gusts. Please listen to Bridge Hosts as your safety is a priority. -Bridge Hosts will make every effort to cancel the next day's bridge protest by 9PM the night before, if needed. **We reject all forms of political violence and intimidation, no matter the source or the target. That’s not just a moral stance—it’s a strategic one. Movements that create lasting change do so by building trust, forging solidarity, and demonstrating discipline, even in the face of threats or attacks.
