No Kings: Vote Early Our Corners Portland

This a local Indivisible event! We had our 78th consecutive weekly gathering on September 26, and we're still going strong! Every Saturday we emphasize inclusivity for all, with extra effort made to enhance the opportunity for seniors and people with limited mobility to participate. Our message is serious, we are proud of our positive spirit and intergenerational crowds, and we intend to enjoy being together for this hour-- or less if that meets your needs. You can expect music from The Good Trouble Ukulele Band and, often, The Disruptors. There are also occasional frog sightings, as well as other creatures as the spirit moves them. *No Kings: Vote Early events are nonpartisan and are designed to increase participation from all eligible voters.* *A core principle behind all No Kings events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values and to act lawfully at these events. Weapons of any kind, including those legally permitted, should not be brought to events.*
