About
The attacks on our elections are real, and we're not waiting until it's too late to respond. We're getting organized, getting informed, and getting ready to make sure every vote counts and every result is respected. For NO KINGS/ VOTE EARLY join fellow Brooklynites for a grand procession led by a giant bald eagle puppet, monarch butterfly puppets and other art that were made by hundreds of Brooklyn volunteers. This is some of the same art you may have seen at the front of No Kings 1, 2 and 3 in NYC. We will bring visibly to the importance of Early Voting and protecting our elections. And we will distribute information about how to protect and defend our elections. We will be marching up the side of Prospect Park SW in Brooklyn. Come prepared to document and learn to preach the gospel of early voting. OCTOBER 17th at 2pm: Gather opposite TD Bank, inside the park, at Prospect Park Southwest. Make sure you are behind the giant eagle. START PROTECTING THE ELECTION NOW by: 1. sign up for this event, 2. check your voter registration at https://vote.gov/ 3. Tell people in hot spot states to do the same. 4. And, tell them to VOTE EARLY https://electioninnovation.org/research/dates-for-2026-early-in-person-and-mail-voting/. *This event is led by Brooklyn Resisters, an all volunteer Indivisible group Join us to: 1. Learn how, when, and where to vote, and help your neighbors do the same 2. Understand the threats facing our elections and what's happening right now 3. Find out how you can take action to protect the vote before, during, and after Election Day Whether you've been to every march or this is your first step, there's a role for you. Bring a friend, bring your questions, and leave ready to act.
