About

Cape Cod Women for Change, and Mid-Cape Indivisible are hosting this community building gathering. Join us to make signs for the national "No Kings Vote Early!" protest in Hyannis or wherever you plan to protest that day. This gathering is scheduled for 3:30-6:30pm allowing you to drop-in early or midway through or stay the whole time. Even if you've never attended one of our events, you are welcome to join us for this fun afternoon. Make as many signs as you want! Bring your neighbors, your friends, your children and grandchildren! We have fun and enjoy the company of like-minded people. We provide supplies, poster board, markers, stencils vinyl letters etc. We will welcome any baked goods or snacks. We will also have the big box of individually packages snacks, Smart Food, Veggie Straws, Sun Chips etc. and chocolate. We also provide soda water and water. It is not necessary to attend, but we always appreciate donations for supplies via our Act Blue account: https://secure.actblue.com/donate/indivisi-blecc402756366 This event is for those who share our progressive ideals and not open to MAGA and other agitators. *A core principle behind all No Kings events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values and to act lawfully at these events. Weapons of any kind, including those legally permitted, should not be brought to events.
