About
WE HAVE 28 DAYS UNTIL THE MIDTERM ELECTIONS However, we have a chance to make a real difference in just 8 more days. Early in person voting in Iowa starts on Wednesday October 14th, at your county auditors office, and we would like to make a strong union showing on the first day. We are asking your officers, staff and any available union members who live in Polk County to join us on Wednesday October 14th at 9 am to cast your ballot with other sisters & brothers. We have a chance to set an example that voting this election cycle is important and that early voting is quick and easy. You can find a list of labor endorsed candidates here : https://voteunioniowa.org/vote-union-iowa-2026/ Vote NO on Amendment 1 We ask that you join us on the first day of voting and help spread the word through your local area so that we can demonstrate union and solidarity.
