About

THE WORKING CLASS HAS A VOICE. AND IT'S GETTING LOUDER. The labor movement has always been a rebellion — built by working people who refused to bow down, back off, or let the powerful call the shots. Now it's time to turn up the volume and bring back the fighting spirit of working-class solidarity — where music, rebellion, and people power come together in the fight for a democracy that belongs to ALL of us. NO KINGS. NO CORPORATE MASTERS. NO BACKING DOWN. And because every good rebellion needs a soundtrack: Come prepared for some good ol' rabble-rousing and a brief acoustic set by the Dropkick Murphys SHOW UP. BRING YOUR PEOPLE. GET TO THE POLLS. CAST YOUR BALLOT. STAND UP FOR EVERYONE'S RIGHT TO VOTE — AND MAKE DAMN SURE EVERY VOTE GETS COUNTED!!! We'll hear from local labor leaders fighting for worker justice in our community and from our endorsed candidate for U.S. Senate, our union brother Troy Jackson. **All ages event. RSVP does not guarantee entry if event hit maximum capacity. Doors open at 5:00pm, Speakers and Music start at 6:30pm. Parking for the event is at the Pearl Street Parking Garage, 15 Pearl Street, Biddeford (5 min. walk from venue). Accessible parking available at venue.** This event is hosted by the Maine AFL-CIO. This is an event for union members, union families and working class allies who are members of Working America.
