FRIday Protest - Get out and VOTE!

This a local Indivisible event! Flat River Indivisible will be holding this bridge protest every Friday between now and October 30th. Voting is your Superpower! Use your Power! Our theme for these last few protests before the election is to VOTE! VOTE! VOTE! Vote early, use absentee ballot, how to register to vote and other key election dates. We will have informational flyers to help with voting information (how to register to vote, where to go and register, where is your voting location and other information you may want or need help finding). Plus we will answer any questions we can and help you navigate the information to find what you need. We will have banners on both sides of the bridge for traffic to see. We will also have smaller signs that are also put up on the bridge or held. Please feel free to bring any of your own signs. You can bring chairs to sit on the bridge or the sidewalk. Come hang out and show support that WE THE PEOPLE CAN USE OUR VOICES AND SUPERPOWER TO MAKE CHANGES! *A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.*
