About

On Friday, Oct 23, 8 AM- 12 noon, George Norcross will be speaking at an event at the Scottish Rite Theater in Collingswood. **If you know anything about South Jersey politics, you know that George Norcross has amassed enormous wealth at our region's expense.** For decades now, George Norcross has behaved like a pig at the trough of our public tax dollars. He's kept unscrupulous politicians in office and rewarded pay to play professionals with hefty contracts. **He's maintained a political machine that is devoid of any ideology and exists solely to keep power and money consolidated in the hands of those loyal to him.** Independent thinking, independent leadership has stagnated or faced oppression, all because of George Norcross' unbridled greed. **George Norcross' corruption is not just an ethics concern. It's a matter of economic justice.** George has flooded our elections with dark money. He has facilitated tax breaks for his corporate cronies. He's siphoned our tax dollars into his insurance company's coffers. And he's behaved like a mafia boss towards anyone who has dared to push back. **We say enough is enough! We will stand up for South Jersey. Our region needs social, economic, and environmental justice. The tyranny of George Norcross stands in the way of all of those things! Let's come together and stand up for democracy in South Jersey together.** *Bring a sign. Bring a neighbor. We'll see you bright and early outside the Scottish Rite on Friday October 23!*
