About
This a local Indivisible event! The Clarkston PerSisters are showing up every week to say: ENOUGH! This peaceful rally is our way of standing up for what matters - because silence is not an option. It is not a one-time event; it is a movement! *We collect non-perishable food donations for local families in need each week - please consider supporting this effort - even if you can't stay for the rally* WE RALLY TO: -Defend democracy and our Constitution -Demand hands off our private data and bodies -Preserve healthcare, Social Security, and public education -Protect working families -Protect veterans -Protect LGBTQ+ rights -Celebrate our identity as a nation of immigrants -Reject fascist tactics like secret police and detention without due process Join us. Be seen. Be heard. Stay loud. Leave inspired! *A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.*
