About
Join A Second Chance at Life for the St. Louis Walk For Lives, part of a national movement powered by United Against Fentanyl to honor loved ones, raise awareness, and protect communities from the fentanyl crisis. This community event is being led by A Second Chance at Life, bringing together families, advocates, people in recovery, recovery support providers, and community members to remember the lives lost to fentanyl and stand together for prevention, awareness, and hope. Whether you are walking in memory of a loved one, supporting someone in recovery, celebrating a second chance at life, or simply want to help make your community safer, your presence matters. Event Details Date: Saturday, July 11 Time: 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM CST Location: Chain of Rocks Park 10820 Riverview Dr. St. Louis, MO 63137 Attendees are invited to submit a photo of a loved one to be displayed at the walk as part of a special memorial tribute honoring those lost to fentanyl. Free hot dogs will also be available during the event. This walk is hosted by A Second Chance at Life in connection with United Against Fentanyl’s Walk For Lives movement, with sponsorship support from MO Moms Against Fentanyl, the Missouri Coalition of Recovery Support Providers, and Lost Voices of Fentanyl. Every life remembered matters. Every recovery story matters. Every family supported matters. Together, we can turn grief into action and hope into change. Join us in St. Louis as we honor lives, support recovery, raise awareness, and help save future lives. If you have lost someone and are walking for them, please bring a picture or a poster to carry during the walk. If you like, you can make up signs about fentanyl, awareness or reducing stigma can be made up to carry.
