We will make our walk down 528 on the walking path and then walk back to the Pavilion. WHAT TO BRING? * walking shoes * water bottle * a framed photo to be displayed on our memorial table * signs/posters to carry on our walk, they will also be displayed at the base of the table during our speakers comments* sunscreen, hat, bug spray, chapstick. Whether you have lost a loved one, work in prevention/recovery, or simply want to stand with families affected by fentanyl poisoning and substance loss β€” we invite you to walk with us. πŸ’š TO GET INVOLVED: Please register to walk, volunteer, become a vendor, provide a resource table or donate supplies. Please forward this link to all your friends and families. Together, we can save lives. πŸ’š SPECIAL MEMORIAL REQUEST πŸ’š If you have lost a loved one, we invite you to bring a pair of shoes and a photo in their memory for our β€œThe Shoes They Left Behind” memorial installation. The memorial table and shoe display will honor the lives impacted by fentanyl poisoning, substance use, and addiction while reminding our community that every number is a real person deeply loved and missed. Shoes can represent anyone you are walking for β€” a child, parent, sibling, friend, spouse, or loved one. Participants are also welcome to attach names, notes, or memories to their memorial items. Together, we walk for them. πŸ‘Ÿ
