## Indivisible Barrington Sip, Sit, and Plan Meeting ## Come sip, strategize, and connect with fellow Indivisible Barrington members as we plan future events and rallies together. **Date and time**: Thurs, May 28 at 7:00 PM @ Michelle Miller's House - Address will be sent when you register. **Upcoming Events** - July 4: Parade fun - Voting Rights Anniversary - TBA: July 4 Parade prep and a creative bracelet, button, and sticker-making party **Volunteer Opportunities** We’d love for you to join our volunteer team. We offer flexible roles, manageable time commitments, and a welcoming environment. - **Special Events and Rally Coordinators (about 1 hour/week)**: Help plan rallies and events that inspire and energize the community. - **Rally Safety Marshal (training plus rally attendance):** Complete a brief training and help keep rallies safe and welcoming. - **Event Helpers (2–3 hours per event)** - **Bracelet-Making Organizer ** (2–3 hours per event): Lead creative sessions that support outreach and fundraising. Soft drinks, water, and snacks will be provided. Feel free to bring your favorite summer sipper, too.
