About
Show Your Stripes Day (observed globally on June 21st) is an annual awareness campaign focused on climate change. It highlights the "warming stripes," a visual graphic created by climate scientist Ed Hawkins to illustrate how global temperatures have shifted over the last 150+ years. This year, EDF Action will commemorate this important day by hosting an outdoor event (rain or shine under a covered pavilion) where we will create our own climate stripe canvas using the colors representing YOU and the year you were born. We will announce special guests soon! We will have light refreshments, snacks and lots of "Climate Stripe" activities for all of our climate activists who wish to participate.
