Seven Days in June Candlelight Vigil: Health Is Primary

Join us for a community candlelight vigil as part of Seven Days in June: HEALTH IS PRIMARY, a nationwide week of action responding to devastating cuts to healthcare funding and public health infrastructure. At sunset, we will gather to honor those we have lost and those whose lives are now at risk due to the draconian healthcare cuts passed in the so-called “One Big Beautiful Bill” (H.R. 1). As hospitals, clinics, public health programs, and safety-net services face historic funding cuts, communities across the country are coming together to mourn, reflect, and stand in solidarity with the millions of Americans who depend on accessible healthcare to survive. Bring a candle and join neighbors, healthcare workers, advocates, faith leaders, and community members as we shine a light on the human cost of these decisions and recommit ourselves to protecting the health and dignity of our communities. Healthcare is a human right.
