About
Join the Brockton Indivisible Overpass Brigade to present a Democracy Day message to highway drivers. The general theme, shared by about a thousand overpass groups on June 6, is Workers Over Billionaires. That is the message we will present over route 24. Be an effective and safe part of the team by following directions and being cautious on road and overpass. Bring big flags to wave! Bring related signs to show drivers on the main road, so they’ll know about Democracy Day, also! *A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.*
