About
No Kings and the First Amendment Committee are coming together for Rise Up, Sing Out - an uplifting national concert event live-streamed at 4:30 pm PDT celebrating the freedoms that belong to all of us: speech, assembly, protest, religion, press and expression. Together, we'll celebrate the freedoms guaranteed by the First Amendment - Join us in front of City Hall. 📌 A few things to know before you come: • Bring your friends and creative signs! • Bring a camp chair if needed. • The sidewalk is our stage — please do not jaywalk. • Do not engage with any agitators. Don't take the bait. • Be joyous — you are standing shoulder to shoulder with your like-minded people! This is our moment — every one of us matters, and together we are unstoppable *A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.*
