About
June is Pride Month. June 14th is Flag Day ... and it also happens to be Trump's 80th birthday. Join us for a peaceful "Honk & Wave" to take back our flag with its true meaning: that we are "indivisible... one nation... with Liberty & Justice FOR ALL." Stand in solidarity with thousands of other protesters in a nationwide display of resistance to this fascist regime's attempts to divide and disempower us. Our diversity is our strength! Rain or shine. Ester's Son's food truck will be present. If on-street parking is full, overflow parking is available at 35 Water St (Seneca Falls Community Center's lot). Donations of non-perishable food and/or hygiene items are much appreciated and will be donated to the Edith B. Ford Library in Ovid. Event co-organized by volunteers of Indivisible Seneca NY, FLX Roar Feminist Group, Indivisible Cayuga County NY, & Indivisible Geneva NY. These groups will be tabling to offer more info and build community. *A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.*
