About
Shut Down Delaney Hall: No More Camps in Our Name! Weeks of hunger strikes have exposed the horror inside Newark’s Delaney Hall: black mold, rotten food, medical neglect, and basic human rights denied. Yet, billions in our tax dollars continue to fund this cruelty. We are gathering at our Congresswoman's office to demand an immediate end to ICE detention, closure of the concentration camps, and full due process, dignity, and healthcare for every interned person. Not with our dollars. Not in our country. *A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.*
