On August 8, 2026, join the League and our partners as we host a nationwide day of civic action in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in honor of the anniversary of the Voting Rights Act of 1965. Join community members, advocates, and civic engagement leaders for an interactive teach-in and community outreach event exploring voting rights, redistricting, and barriers to participation faced by disabled voters and individuals impacted by incarceration. As part of a nationwide effort to increase voter education, engagement, and turnout, this event will provide opportunities to learn, connect, and take action to strengthen inclusive democracy and representation for all.
