About

Dear Members and Supporters, THANK YOU to everyone who showed up and spoke out on June 1st. Your presence, energy, and courage demonstrated the power of community action. Together, we showed that when tenants and residents organize, our voices cannot be ignored. A special thank you to Joseph and Neveah for their powerful testimonies. They spoke with honesty, conviction, and heart, representing our community and the growing movement for housing justice. Now it's time for the next step. We need every supporter to register and commit to attending our Rent Stabilization Action Day on June 15. This is a critical moment. The Springfield Rent Stabilization Resolution that community members helped draft will be officially presented to the City Council. A strong turnout will demonstrate that Springfield residents are united in demanding policies that keep families housed and rents affordable. If passed, this resolution will strengthen the statewide campaign for rent stabilization through Bills H.2328 and S.1447 by showing state legislators that communities across Massachusetts are calling for action.
