Defend Democracy Saturdays: Youngsville

Please join Indivisible Franklin and Engaged Defenders for Democracy every Saturday from 10am-11:30am with signs to protect our democracy and protest the violations to our Constitution. We will meet at S. College and E Main St. - Demonstration starts at 10:00 and ends at 11:30 - There are three spots that should be ok for parking. See the attached maps. - Subway parking lot near the intersection - Bank parking lot near the corner - Behind the gas station - There are four corners to stand on. - Three corners have sidewalks, the fourth is all grass and is used for campaign signs. - You can park closest to where you want to stand. - Do not park at Ville Tobacco due to limited space - Do not park at the the Burnt Barrel - There is shade at the gas station, and the weather is getting cooler. - The gas station has restrooms. We will be just over 1,000 ft from the Youngsville early voting site, so plenty of distance. We can interact with more cars at this location. We need to fight for our democracy and stop and prevent future cuts that are hurting many. Bring friends! Bring signs that show your concern or are a call to action.
