Do you want to stand up, speak out, or act up? You are NOT alone. Join your neighbors and friends for a weekly protest at the Altamont village park each Thursday as we protest the actions of our current administration. Bring signs and friends. No sign? We always have extra. We are collecting for our local food pantries, so nonperishable food items are appreciated. Protest in the Park has been going strong for more than a year, join us! Safety first! Please stay on the sidewalk, don't engage with those who are negative, and do not block the crosswalk. This a local Indivisible event! *A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.*
