About

DOUBLE DUTY DAY FOR DEMOCRACY Saturday, July 18th Every Postcard, Every Sign - One Vote At A Time ONE DAY, TWO EVENTS, YOUR CHOICE Part One Postcard Writing Campaign Asotin County Library Community Room 417 Sycamore St, Clarkston 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm Join us at the library to write and stamp voter-reminder postcards to local registered voters. All supplies provided - just bring your best handwriting! Part Two Voter Education Rally Event Sidewalks Corners of 6th St & Sycamore, Clk 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm Bring your voice and a sign! Yes, we will have voting themed loaner signs on site, visible reminders that voting matters. WHY BOTH EVENTS MATTER? Democracy only works when determined people show up. Whether it's addressing a postcard or holding a sign, every action can help a neighbor make the decision to vote at all. Sitting out an election isn't neutral - it's a decision too. Help more people to get registered and participate in voting..either at primaries or for the mid-terms. On July 18, choose your event or split time and do both! Coordinated by: LC Valley Indivisible [email removed] Together, We Are Indivisible. This a local Indivisible event! *A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.*
