About
Last August, Chris Backemeyer stood in line at Mike Flood's town hall in Lincoln and asked him one question: "Who do you work for?" He never got a real answer. Flood is holding another town hall, and we're going to be outside meeting the people walking in and catching the ones walking out. These crowds don't need to be convinced that something is wrong. They're showing up because they already know Mike Flood isn’t working for us. Our job is to make sure they leave with somewhere to put that energy. What you'll be doing: Greeting attendees and handing out literature Signing up voters to volunteer, attend events, and join our email list What we ask: We table outside and we stay positive. We're there to be the welcoming presence for voters who are ready to make some blue waves and flip this seat. No experience needed. When: Tuesday, July 28, 2026, 4:00–6:30 PM Where: Vance D. Rogers Center for Fine Arts Nebraska Wesleyan University 5040 Huntington Ave, Lincoln, NE 68504
