Banner Drop on Burlington Beltline -- Justice for ICE Victims
Wednesday, August 5, 2026, 4:00 PM EDT
Ethan Allen Overpass Rt 127, Burlington, Vermont
About
Resister Sisters is starting a regular "banner drop" event every other Wednesday, with our big orange banners at the Ethan Allen overpass to the Burlington Beltline. Banners on this overpass are visible to residents and especially commuters heading home to NNE/Colchester. This Wednesday we will be displaying "JUSTICE FOR ICE VICTIMS" We'll take turns holding the banners, waving to motorists, acknowledging the honks. The photo on this page was our banner drop in July. We need at least four people to float our next banner --- If you can come even for one hour, please do! We love bannering with critters, so if you have a costume, wear it. We love flags and streamers of all kinds, so bring those, also. Wear bright colors!
