Thursday marks the 60th anniversary of Medicare and Medicaid — and both are under threat. Come stand up against the cuts alongside our great NYS Senator, Lea Webb. Citizen Action of New York is holding a press conference to mark the anniversary. We'll be holding signs alongside Sen. Webb, calling on the federal government to stop the cuts and the state government to act. *A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.*
