Belmont PopUp Protest
Wednesday, August 12, 2026, 4:00 PM EDT
Belmont, North Carolina
About
Park at the Gaston College Kimbrell Campus and we will protest, together, on the sidewalk of Wilkinson Blvd right in front of the building. Bring a sign or use one of ours. Dress appropriately and bring some water! Remember 1. No Profanity 2. Protest peacefully and joyfully 3. Do Not Engage! Corner Captains will be there to de-escalate. *A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.*
