This August recess, join us in meeting with Representative Rashida Tlaib's office to urge Congress to protect clean air and stand with communities on the frontlines of pollution. For too long, Detroit neighborhoods have borne the burden of industrial pollution and poor air quality. Every community deserves clean air, healthy neighborhoods, and leaders who will fight to protect public health and hold polluters accountable. Whether you are meeting with an elected official for the first time or have advocated before, your voice matters. We will provide a briefing on the issues, walk through the agenda together, and support you throughout the meeting. Join us as we call on Representative Tlaib to continue defending strong environmental protections and speak out against efforts to weaken the EPA's authority to protect the health of communities across Michigan.
