Rural Voices United: Day of Action in Hemet
Sunday, August 30, 2026, 9:30 AM PDT
Democrats of Hemet-San Jacinto Headquarters, Hemet, California
About
Join us in Fresno to talk with voters about why we must elect Marni von Wilpert to Congress in 2026 and to defend democracy long term. Face-to-face conversations with targeted voters are the most effective way of educating and mobilizing them! We'll employ deep canvassing techniques such as active listening to open our voter conversations and learn which issues are important to them. We'll provide training, a list of voters, and materials. You'll be supported during your entire shift. Bring a friend and go together, or we will find a partner for you. Don't forget comfortable walking shoes, a water bottle, a fully-charged smart phone, and a smile! Sign up today and join the Rural Weekend of Action!
