Resister Sisters continues our regular "banner drop" event every-other-Wednesday at the Ethan Allen overpass to the Burlington Beltline. Banners on this overpass are visible to residents and especially commuters heading home to NNE/Colchester. Depending on political winds, we'll be highlight ICE, Trump-Stein Files, or MAGA Lies. We'll take turns holding the banners, waving to motorists, acknowledging the honks. The photo on this page was our banner drop August 5. * If you can come even for one hour, please do! * We love bannering with critters, so if you have a costume, wear it. * We love flags and streamers of all kinds, so bring those, also. Wear bright colors! * Do you have a kite? We'd love to see what that looks like flying over the banner. No powerlines or trees overhanging.
