Springdale Borough Residents Speak Out!

Join Springdale Borough residents as we continue to show up each month to demand accountability and transparency from our elected officials and police department. We will gather each month before the council meeting at 5:30 pm in front of the borough building/police department entrance to: greet one another as neighbors; share calls to action and talking points; to collect donations for the food bank and other local charities; and to peacefully demonstrate and promote issues that matter to us. We will then attend the council meeting at 6:00 pm and encourage residents to speak during the public comment period. THIS MONTH: --Sign our petition in person before the meeting, or online now, to demand the end of Chief Dayoub's contract: https://c.org/Qvr4J4DHpD --Please bring donations of spices and cooking oil for the food bank! Please note that residents from surrounding communities are welcome to attend our event and the meeting, but only Springdale Borough residents can speak at the meetings. *A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.*
