Visibility Brigade - Make Salad Safe Again (and Everything Else)!
Wednesday, August 12, 2026, 4:30 PM EDT
Long Island Expressway pedestrian overpass by Flushing Meadow Park, Queens, New York
About
Whether it's a virus or a bag of contaminated romaine, the thing that helps keep you alive, or from getting sick is the same machinery — the CDC, NIH, and FDA. That's the world Fauci worked in, and it's what's supposed to keep your salad from putting your kid in the hospital. RFK Jr. and this regime are gutting those agencies — roughly 3,500 cut at the FDA, thousands more across the CDC and NIH, to help pay for tax cuts. We'll be on both sides of the overpass this Wednesday. On one side of the overpass, we celebrate what public health does when it works. On the other we show what happens when you tear it down. Fauci saved lives. RFK is cutting the very agencies that catch outbreaks and keep your food safe. Same coin, two sides. ***#MakeSaladSafeAgain.*** See you on the overpass.
