Costume Protest: Week of Action Against ALPRs
Saturday, August 22, 2026, 9:00 AM PDT
Flock Cameras on Keystone Ave near 1-80, Reno, Nevada
About
Dust off that playa tutu or throw on a wig - wear your wackiest costume to protest ALPR cameras! Have fun dressing up AND disguise your identity from being captured and stored in an AI database. Extra signs and fake mustaches will be available. LOCATION CHANGE!! Due to a road closure on the Virginia St bridge, we will NOT meet at Believe Plaza. Please meet us on the public sidewalk underneath the Flock cameras on Keystone Ave near I-80. *Don't be a jerk - leave police and military costumes at home for this event. **Note:** This event is part of a series of events for a Week of Action Against ALPRs, co-organized by Biggest Little Action Group, Northern Nevada DSA, and CodePink Reno. See other events and take action with us at linktr.ee/flockoff_reno.
