About
On Labor Day 2026, join with others in our community as we continue to defend what we still have and demand what we still deserve. Gather from 10-11:30 at the Water Street/Main Street park in Shelburne Falls for inspiration and hope to bolster our work to support workers, safeguard democracy, and protect our low income and immigrant neighbors. **Do your part to spread the word: Workers Over Billionaires this Labor Day.** *Notes:* - This is a family friendly event. Children welcome! - We're gathering to bring good energy to everyone who comes and to welcome in our neighbors who want to get more involved in supporting democracy and people who are suffering in our community. - Posting to social media is encouraged. We encourage everyone to take and post photos and videos. - A core principle behind all Labor Day events is a commitment to nonviolent action because this is the best way to recruit the large number of people needed to stand up for our democracy and bring positive change. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values and to act lawfully at these events.. No weapons are permitted under any circumstances.
