This Tuesday, August 18th at 12 PM, we’ll be joining Invest in Our New York and our allies outside City Hall for a rally and to testify in support of New York City’s pied-à-terre tax. This tax would raise more than $500 million in new revenue by asking wealthy owners of high-value second homes to pay their fair share. That revenue can help fund critical services and address New York City’s budget needs. We need everyday New Yorkers to make their voices heard and show the City Council that we support making the wealthy pay their fair share. Join Citizen Action of New York this Tuesday, August 18th at 12 PM outside City Hall. We’ll see you there!
