Data Center Press Conference with Jake Johnson
Wednesday, August 19, 2026, 7:30 PM CDT
Trailhead Park, Pine Island, Minnesota
About
Stand with Jake in Pine Island as he takes a strong stance against the construction of data centers across southern Minnesota! The press conference will immediately follow a "community event" hosted by Google to celebrate a $24 million payoff to Pine Island Public Schools in an effort to convince folks to give in to their data center plans. It's up to us to say NO and reject big tech swooping in to extract value from our small towns.
