About
Recently, concerning actions by a school board trustee—including wearing an anti-trans t-shirt—have raised serious questions about the safety, inclusion, and well-being of our students. We need our leadership to champion equity, not exclusion. Join parents, educators, and community members as we peacefully gather to remind the CCSD School Board President and Trustees of their core responsibility: representing and supporting ALL of our children, regardless of their orientation, race, or citizenship. Event Details Date: Thursday, August 27 Time: 4:00 PM Location: 2832 E. Flamingo Rd, Las Vegas, NV Why We Are Rallying Safety & Inclusion: Every student deserves to walk into a classroom feeling safe, seen, and respected for who they are. Accountability: School board members are entrusted with acting compassionately and promoting equity across the board. Community Unity: We are sending a clear, collective message that discrimination and bias have no place in our public schools. 🚨CALL TO ACTIONS🚨: Bring your signs, wear your organizations T-Shirts, your voice, and your neighbors. Let's show up together to demand inclusive, safe, and supportive schools for every child in our community.
