Resister Sisters Banner Drop on Burlington Beltline
Wednesday, September 2, 2026, 4:00 PM EDT
Ethan Allen Overpass Rt 127, Burlington, Vermont
About
Resister Sisters continues our regular "banner drop" event every-other-Wednesday at the Ethan Allen overpass to the Burlington Beltline. Banners on this overpass are visible to residents and especially commuters heading home to NNE/Colchester. Depending on political winds, we'll be highlighting ICE, Epstein Files, MAGA Lies, or something in the news. We'll take turns holding the banners, waving to motorists, acknowledging the honks. And lots of time with kindred spirits! * If you can come even for one hour, please do! * We love flags and streamers of all kinds, so bring those, also. Wear bright colors! * Do you have a kite? We'd love to see what that looks like flying over the banner. No powerlines or trees overhanging.
