About

Join us on Saturday, September 26th for a joint canvass for Steph Vigil and Phil Weiser in celebration of National Public Lands Day! We’ll be partnering with Conservation Colorado, the Sierra Club, and YIMBY to talk with voters about what’s at stake this November and the importance of electing leaders who will protect Colorado’s public lands, environment, and working families. We will be launching from Palmer Park for this canvass. Look for us near the playground on the corner of Maizeland and Academy. New to canvassing? No worries! We’ll be providing a training at 9:00 AM, and you’ll have the option to pair up with a more experienced volunteer so you can learn as you go. If you’ve already been trained, feel free to join us at 9:30 AM. Schedule: 9:00 AM – New volunteer training 9:30 AM – Check-in for all volunteers 10:00 AM – Head out to knock doors 12:00 PM – Meet back up for a debrief and social! What to bring: -Comfortable walking shoes -Water bottle -Weather-appropriate clothing & sunscreen -A fully charged phone Accessibility: We’ll do our best to accommodate all volunteers. If you need a low-mobility or non-walking role, we have options available—just let us know when you arrive.
