About
On Wednesday, ICE came to Montclair and took 6 of our neighbors, including Jero Jimenez Garcia, 29, and Macedonia Merino Maldonado, 19, who work in the kitchen at Raymond's. Jero and Macdonia are now at Delaney Hall ICE Detention. We don't know the identity of the others, but they'e likely at Delaney too. ICE isn't even claiming they have committed a crime. WE'RE MOVING OUR 79TH PEACEFUL PROTEST A FEW BLOCKS DOWN TO THE PLACE WHERE MEMBERS OF OUR COMMUNITY WERE GRABBED OFF THE STREET WITH NO DUE PROCESS. LET'S TELL ICE: FREE OUR NEIGHBORS. We'll have signs and friendship bracelets.
