About
Be brave with us. We’ll stand with you. Vote in November. That’s our message on Sunday, August 30 from 11 AM to 12:30 PM on the bridge at 25/Main Street at exit 72 over the LIE. We all need to be brave for each other as we head to the midterms. We need to stand up for each other and stand with one other, so that no one is left behind when we vote during early voting or on November 3. We have invited several candidates to join us on the bridge and we hope to film anyone who would like to film a 15 - 30 second video saying what it means to them to be brave during this chaos, to stand up for each other and what it means to be able to vote in what could be one of the most important midterm elections of our lifetime. We asked that you bring an American flag with you so we can really cover the bridge in a patriotic display. If you can’t join us on August 30, you are welcome to email your individual video which will be added to our compilation of videos which will be shared on social media. There are close to 500 visibility brigades across the country and many of those brigades will also be doing similar videos and bridge messaging as we lead up to November 3. PLEASE park on River Road, across from the hotel, and meet us on the bridge, facing the eastbound traffic below the bridge over the LIE.
