On 9/1 ICE is heading to Multnomah County Court. Stuart Lindquist, the landlord of the Portland ICE Facility is challenging a land use violation issued to the facility for holding detainees past a 12 hour limit. We are mobilizing to the court for a press conference and rally and then will be packing the court to demand Multnomah County Judge Steffan Alexander dismiss Lindquists' bogus appeals. For over a year we've been fighting to revoke the permit for the Portland ICE Facility and this is an essential hearing to ensure we can continue on in that fight. Event information: Press conference/rally begins at 12 PM at 1200 SW 1st Ave, Portland OR Court begins at 1 PM in courtroom 11B Can't make the event?
