About
Swift County DFL is having a party on the prairie, and we want you to come and celebrate with us. Swift County is where the Farmer Labor Party and the Democratic Party joined to become the Democratic Farmer Labor Party in 1944. Learn about Governor Elmer Benson from Swift County, the leader of the Farmer Labor Party, and what brought the 2 parties together. This is our 1st year of what will be an annual event for Swift County, and we have a great lineup of our state leaders coming to speak to us! Good food, good company, and we are raising money to win in 2026! Please come to our party. Questions?
