About
This a local Indivisible event! Come join with other community members to let our neighbors (& tourists & visitors) and our legislators know that we are determined to preserve our democracy ! Bring your flags , friends , large banners & your joyful determination ! Location and / or time may change periodically based on weather or other circumstances , so please share accurate contact info & your name , to be notified of any changes . Due to the extremely important upcoming midterm elections , we are encouraging pro-voting signs & banners at this time . If you are able to , we are continuing to collect food donations for our communities' local food banks ( no glass jars please ) Let's Get Out the Vote & win this for Democracy ! *A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.*
