About

On Labor Day 2026, join with others in our community as we continue to defend what we still have and demand what we still deserve. We will be hosting a visibility event on Thursday, September 3rd from 5:00 PM - 6:30 PM on Reisterstown Road and 695 in front of the Target and Hilton. On May 1, 2026, over 500 labor and community organizations powered the most widespread May 1st mobilization in U.S. history, more than 5,000 protests, strikes, walkouts, and a day of no school. no work. no shopping. This Labor Day we’re building up our movement to confront the billionaire agenda attacking our neighbors, our voting rights, and making life unlivable to be more ready for the moments we know are coming. We are building the muscle now so that when we need to move, our community knows exactly what to do and we have more people ready to do it. Working people across the country are coming together to take on the billionaire agenda and fight for a country we can actually afford to live in and vote for the change we need. *Note: A core principle behind all Labor Day events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values and to act lawfully at these events. No weapons are permitted under any circumstances. *
