About
This a local Indivisible event! There's a new mnemonic for the Great Lakes: no more "HOMES," now we got "SHAME," Superior-Huron-"America"-Michigan-Erie. There's a lot of shame to go around, from the horrific foreign policy, to the partisan supreme court, to the do-nothing congress, to the fascistic cabinet, to the unelected goons roaming the halls of power, to, of course, the sundowning corrupt racist grandpa at the top of the pyramid of shame. And that's why you'll find us at 4th & Ellsworth in downtown Albany, every Friday, from 4:00-6:00 pm. Come on down, bring a friend, make new friends! All signs supporting just, fair, and inclusive communities are welcome. *A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.*
